DSCF5633 In 2016 (29th Aug – 5th Sept) I am thrilled to be returning to Turkey to run a retreat there again. It’s in a beautiful hotel, the Farayla Hotel, set in the hillside over looking the Turquoise Coast.

I share my passion for intention through yoga by setting a different one to focus on for each session. This helps to experience the power of intention and how it can impact everything you do.

We’ll also be diary writing with intention each day. I have a great journalling journey to share with you each day that is designed to increase happiness levels.

Plus I will be on hand for 1-1 life coaching sessions if you’d like any help getting past anything that might be preventing you from creating a life you love or simply to help get clarity in certain situations.

Here is a little bit about the retreat:

This small family run hotel is situated in a small, peaceful, village overlooking the

Mediterranean sea, about 25 minutes drive from the beach resort of Olu Deniz and 40 minutes from the local market town of Fethiye. There is a spacious swimming pool with numerous wooden loungers and umbrellas as well as a poolside bar for drinks and snacks during the day.

With its stunning views and the long relaxing walk down to the sea (lifts often available), this hotel provides an affordable, tranquil haven in which to rest, relax and enjoy the many benefits that this beautiful corner of Turkey has to offer.

The hotel is set in organic gardens with well established lemon, olive, apricot and peach trees which provide delicious fruit during the spring and summer months. Roses, geraniums, jasmine and lavender provide wonderful scents on balmy evenings.

Many vegetables such as aubergines, tomatoes, pumpkins and green peppers are also planted in their organic gardens providing fresh seasonal produce for the kitchen. The food is delicious.

During the retreat I will run a gentle energising flow class in the mornings before breakfast and then more slow meditative yin based practice in the afternoon before dinner. Each practice will include pranayama and meditation. There will also be time each day for journalling if you’d like to join in and I will offer 1-1 yoga therapy/life coaching sessions as an optional paid extra.

My intention for this retreat is that you enjoy some well deserved me time, relaxation and an opportunity to have time dedicated for your yoga practice.

It will be suitable for beginners. I teach in a light hearted and flexible way, the most important thing is that it feels good for you.

There is a massage therapist there that you will be able to book treatments with at an extra cost.
